Solar panel question?

can this solar panel http://www.wholesalesolar.com/products.folder/kyocera/kc130TM.html fill this battery http://www.apexbattery.com/8a27-solar-battery-group-27-solar-batteries.html in one hour its a yes or no question
the solar panel link is http://www.wholesalesolar.com/products.folder/module-folder/kyocera/kc130TM.html
its not working

No.

That battery is approximately 1000 watt-hours. If you only drew down the battery to 80% of charge (which would be typical) then you need to replace 200 watt-hours.

Considering charger efficiency, this means you need to supply 300-400 watt hours. I couldn’t open the link to the panel, but from the name, it sounds like a Kyocera 130-watt panel. You would need 3 of those.
